When selecting Issue Classification, please keep these guidelines in mind:

1 - Critical/Emergency

Fatal, inoperable, no useful work can be done

2 - Major/Urgent

Severe impact, major functionality disabled. Errors cause intermittent system failure. Performance issues.

3 - Important

Normal operation is interrupted or delayed by software or system problems. Site is having problems during a critical operation.

4 - Minor

Degraded operations/minimal impact. Errors causing malfunction of non-critical functionality.
