Recovering the files (Windows)

  • Run the backup client software.
  • Click on View / Restore next to Used Space information.

  • On the left side of the window, you will see the list of all devices that you have ever protected data from. Navigate to the folder that contains the files you want to restore, select them and chose Recover from the context menu:

If you want to restore the whole folder with all its content, select Restore in the context menu of this folder:

  • Chose where you want recovered files to be placed:
  • Default location is a dedicated folder for your restores.
  • New location allows you to select a folder for restore
  • Original location will recover the files to the folder from which they were backed up

Selecting Include original path check-box will re-create a folder structure which you files were located initially.

Recover all file versions can be useful for the files that have been changing throughout time and you are not sure which of the versions is required.

  • Click OK and wait until recovery is finished. You can get directly to the folder with restore filed by clicking Open destination directory button:
