Russell P Reeder

Chief Executive Officer

Russ is a 25+ year tech, sales, product and branding executive. His hi-tech background ranges from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 giants like Oracle and his first programming job at Mobil Oil. Russ has managed high-growth global organizations that have transformed industries and consistently drives customer-centric performance and product innovation at scale. Leveraging his technical background combined with his successful sales and cloud industry knowledge, Russ has the unique ability to drive global growth while maintaining a diverse, fun, and strong work culture.

Prior to Infrascale, Russ led OVHcloud’s growth into the US. OVHcloud US successfully launched in the US, acquired vCloud Air from VMware and built two additional data centers to bring the total to 30 data centers globally. Russ also led the premium cloud hosting company, MediaTemple (mt), where he was responsible for the company’s global sales growth, brand, strategic direction, culture, and operational execution. Russ helped lead the sale of MediaTemple (mt) to GoDaddy where he stayed on the GoDaddy executive team to help transform GoDaddy and prepare for their IPO.

Throughout his career and his life beyond business, Russ has been an attentive student of innovation that drives change. He continues to hone and apply a leadership philosophy first inspired by his grandfather and then his professional mentors.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Computer Decision Support Systems from James Madison University’s College of Business, and has completed the HBS President’s Program in Leadership (PPL) from Harvard Business School.

Brian Kuhn

Chief Operating Officer

Brian serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Infrascale and manages customer-product interaction functions, including product management, product marketing, engineering and operations, as to prioritize customer experience and deliver solutions that effectively meet customer needs.

Brian’s 25+ year tenure in technology spans industry giants including HP, Palm, eBay, AT&T, YP, and GoDaddy, in addition to successful startup and small businesses. Through his experience in strategy, vision-setting, planning and execution, Brian has built brand experiences for millions of users and managed critical Fortune 100 customer relationships. He has scaled product, marketing, and operational organizations that put customers at the forefront of the business. Most recently, Brian served as the General Manager of OVHcloud US, managing all corporate functions, and as a management consultant and head of R&D for Virtru, a DC-based data protection company.

Brian is an advocate of efficient process, effective use of resources, delighted customers, happy employees, exceptional results, and unrestrained creativity.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Rob Peterson

Rob Peterson

Chief Financial Officer

Rob brings over 20-years of experience in capital markets, and structure credit and private equity investments. As Chief Financial Officer, Rob oversees the financial strategy and health of the company including accounting, capital markets, liquidity management, and financial analytics.

Prior to joining Infrascale, Rob was a General Partner at private investment firm Route 66, and managed credit-focused private investments, including structured debt and forward purchase commitments, and private equity. His thought leadership and depth of experience in portfolio management, including structuring, analysis, trading, and risk management, helped maintain a collaborative and creative process that balances capital efficiency and value for Route 66’s clients. During his tenure at Route 66, Rob deployed over $100M in private debt investments generating a gross return in excess of 15%.

Rob also headed the capital markets function of Goal Financial, a student loan originator, where he issued and restructured over $1 billion of debt securities and generated profits in excess of $100 million. He also managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of fixed income investments for E*Trade Bank; and helped manage a $7 billion mortgage loan portfolio at Friedman Billings Ramsey. Rob began his career at KPMG as a structured finance analyst, where he honed his financial modeling expertise across a variety of mainstream and niche asset classes.

Rob holds a BS in Accounting and International Finance from American University and an MBA from the University of Maryland College Park.

Carolyn Kress

Carolyn Kress

Chief People Officer

Carolyn joins Infrascale with over 20 years of driving employee engagement and aligning talent strategies to meet business objectives. Her collaborative approach has built cultures of initiative, ownership, and results across commercial, government, and technology organizations.

Previously, Carolyn lead people strategy at OVH US, a subsidiary of OVH Group, the largest European cloud hosting provider. Her team integrated a key acquisition, established infrastructure, and improved the employee experience resulting in a foundation for growth and scalability.

Carolyn also leveraged her strategic and operational skillset as an independent consultant providing interim leadership for organizations undergoing rapid change and growth.

Carolyn began her career with American Management Systems (AMS) which was acquired in 2004 by CGI, a global technology and services provider. At CGI, she led a team of 20 people supporting 6,500 employees worldwide responsible for talent strategies, workforce development and employee engagement.

Carolyn has a BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and holds her SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Sarah Hamilton

SVP, Marketing

 

Sarah joins Infrascale with over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy consulting, primarily in the B2B SaaS data protection and cybersecurity domains. Her experience ranges from working with companies as small as 4 employees to large enterprises. She specializes in scaling marketing and channel teams for growth and in integrating acquired companies for rapid impact.

Prior to joining Infrascale, Sarah derived success from her expertise with multichannel go-to-market strategies across complex global markets for companies including Sungard Availability Services, RSA, FireMon, and Dell EMC. Through leadership roles in product marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, market intelligence, and strategic communications, Sarah has honed a multidisciplinary marketing approach that enables her to consistently exceed KPI objectives and growth targets.

Sarah has also established an industry-focused perspective through consulting work in the areas of  healthcare tech, database services, and career assessment tools.

Sarah holds a Master of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Market Analytics, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University. She is an ICCS® certified career consultant, guest lecturer, and certified personal trainer.

Tom Paone

SVP, Sales

 

Tom Paone joined in July 2016 and brings more than 20 years of experience and data protection industry knowledge to Infrascale.  As Senior Vice President of Sales, Tom is responsible for the company’s channel, field and inside sales groups, as well as Infrascale’s pre-sales technical and implementation services teams.

Prior to Infrascale, Tom was Director of Channel Sales for Unitrends focused on delivering appliance and cloud-based data recovery solutions through a national network of partners.  Tom has also served in multiple sales and sales leadership roles with industry leaders including Symantec, VERITAS and Seagate Software.

As an industry veteran and experienced sales leader, Tom excels at building and developing high-performance sales teams that drive consistent and predictable revenue growth.

Tom leads the global sales team and is based in our Orlando, FL sales office.

Lindsay Haun has over 15 years of proven achievements providing big picture leadership and strategic planning and innovation, in customer care and operations within global, customer-focused technology organizations. As a support focused professional with hands-on experience, she brings strong leadership, business process improvements through innovation, and a strong focus on the customer experience.

Prior to joining Infrascale, Lindsay has been a key player, in various roles, at innovative technical companies including MySpace, Media Temple, Uber and OVHcloud US. Lindsay is keenly focused on, and has had proven success in, improving the experience for customers and those that work directly with customers. At Infrascale Lindsay is responsible for spearheading customer success initiatives including outreach, customer training and certifications, premium support offerings, and ensuring that our customers are getting the most from their Infrascale services.

Adam Berger

VP, Global IT and Cloud Operations

 

Adam brings 15 years of experience in IT Operations and Cloud management to Infrascale. Prior to Infrascale, Adam has managed cloud operations organizations at VMWare, OVHcloud US and AWS.  In his career, he has helped grow and run operations teams to provide world class infrastructure support, security and compliance as well as technical support.

As the Director of Cloud Operations at VMware, he grew the cloud operations infrastructure team to support vCloud Air platform which expanded globally over three years. This included establishing a centralized global NOC, platform engineering teams and operational tooling development teams across US, APAC and EMEA.  At OVHcloud US, as the Senior Director of Operations, he continued managing vCloud air (purchased by OVH) while helping the France-based based company establish their US footprint. This included helping launch the US service offering, operationalizing two new data centers, building the security and compliance organization as well as establishing the internal IT support functions. Most recently he was with AWS, where he served as the Global service owner for EC2 in their technical support group.

Andriy Bratiychuk

VP, Engineering

 

Andriy Bratiychuk has 20 years of experience in IT and product development, working his way from a developer in an outsource company (Aricent), maturing as a tech lead then a department manager (at Materialise, a 3D printing company), and ultimately to the most senior Department Manager role for 3D printing software, where he built/scaled teams while setting up a new R&D office in Poland. Prior to joining Infrascale, Andriy served as an Agile coach at Glomex GmbH (part of ProSiebenSat1 group) where he and a team of Agile coaches successfully transformed the corporation from waterfall to agile processes.

Andriy holds a Master of Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics. His Ph.D. thesis was “The Investigation of Queueing Systems with Finite Waiting Space”.

He is passionate about new technologies and effective SDLC (software development life cycle) processes. He enjoys working with people and helping them to develop. He loves to learn new things, apply best practices, and achieve results. His motto is: “Only by working hard will you achieve your goal” which, translated to American Business speak is: “Great Product, Happy Customers, Successful Company!”

Doug Olson is the Vice President of Customer Support, leading the company’s worldwide Technical Support, Implementation, Training and Renewal Teams.

Prior to Infrascale, Doug held a variety of leadership positions in enterprise software and infrastructure companies spanning over thirty years, all in the Customer Success / Technical Support areas. Most recently, Doug was the Sr. Director of Technical Support at Perforce Software, a software version management and collaboration platform.

Doug led the Customer Care team in the role of Vice President at Astute Solutions, which provides customer service software, self-service, and social-media management. Doug was responsible for the Technical Support, Training, Professional Services and Data Center Operations.

He also supported over 25,000 customers at Sterling Commerce, an AT&T company. Doug was the Vice President, Global Support, leading over 300 Technical Support Professionals working from 16 different locations in 11 different countries.

His background covers a wide variety of industries, including: high tech infrastructure, consumer retail, call center communications, database, semi-conductor manufacturing/yield management and automotive parts inventory control / retail sales.

In all his roles, Doug has built world-class, customer-centric teams that leverage metrics to iteratively improve the customer experience.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Engineering from DeVry as well as an MBA from the University of Redlands.

Alexey Turchanikov

VP, Product Management

 

Alexey Turchanikov is an experienced engineering leader with deep expertise in agile development methodology, large-scale distributed software system design and secure cloud storage systems. Alexey is responsible for the technical development and architecture of Infrascale’s platform – and leadership of Infrascale’s development organization. Alexey joined the company in 2010 as Lead Architect for SOS Online Backup. His ability to extract performance from and create product ownership within our Development and Operations teams has been key to his past and current success.

Prior to Infrascale, Alexey had leadership roles at several large software development houses, focusing on Telecom Industry and Government Institutions.

Alexey graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine and holds degrees in both Management and Mathematics.

John Solomon

John Solomon

Country Manager India

 

John Solomon joined Infrascale in 2007 and has grown his way into leading the entire India Operations.  He assumed the role of General Manager in 2009 and has been directly managing lead generation and sales teams.  He also indirectly manages back office operations that include billing and collection, infrastructure and customer service.  John is based in Chennai office in India but also travels to Bangalore sales office.

John has over 10 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing.  Prior to Infrascale, he led global marketing and communication in ZSL, Inc. and Corporate Asia Technologies.

John earned his Master in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and Human Resources.  John and his wife, Revathy, have two lovely daughters.
