Reagan Sakai is the Chief Financial Officer of Infrascale. Reagan has 25+ years of experience managing growth and turnaround environments for private and public companies. He has been Chief Financial Officer at public companies Lantronix and Crossroads Systems, which he took public in 1999. As Chief Financial Officer at private companies (HyPerformix Corporation, VIEO, BlueCava), he successfully raised venture capital and debt financing on multiple occasions from multiple sources. He has M&A experience from both acquisition and divestiture points of view.
Reagan’s primary responsibility is to direct the overall finance, accounting, operational and administrative activities for Infrascale including reporting, planning, analysis & forecasting, treasury & funds management, procurement and capital investments, corporate governance and human resources. He is also responsible for overseeing systems and processes including operations of offices overseas.
Reagan started his career at data-storage companies: StorageTek, McDATA, Maxtor, and Exabyte before becoming CFO. In addition to data storage, he has CFO-level experience in data networking, storage area networking, software/SaaS, and digital marketing companies. He has also served as interim CEO at both public and private companies in addition to his CFO responsibilities.
He has served on the boards of Peak2Peak Charter School (Boulder), University of Texas Federal Credit Union (Austin), and WebWiseKids (Costa Mesa). He received both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a graduate of Punahou School in Honolulu.
